Leader and Manager Coaching

A professional coach can help you become more self-aware, work through problems that may be holding you back, and expand your leadership capacity for larger roles. Ohio State, through the Human Resources Coaching Services Program, offers several options for external coaching. Your role, needs, and funding determine which type of engagement is right for you.

Manager Foundations Training

A training on Ohio State’s technology platforms, tools and resources is available for managers, manager liaisons and administrative professionals. Build your foundation and confidence in using administrative technology that assists you in performing your work and managing employees. Human Resources team members will cover topics such as HR Connection, Workday, Microsoft 365, BuckeyeLearn and others, and guide you in finding and using tools that support your work. The Zoom training is offered the third Thursday of each month. Register for any Manager Foundations Training session.
