Faculty and staff eligible for Ohio State benefits can review their 2021 Benefits Confirmation Statement online through December 4, 2020. Employees will also receive a copy of the 2021 Benefits Confirmation Statement at their home addresses. It is very important that employees review their 2021 benefits elections and verify that all are accurate.

Open Enrollment for 2022 will be November 1-15, 2021. Open Enrollment is the annual opportunity for eligible employees to evaluate benefit options and make elections for the coming year. This year’s changes include a new dental plan offering and an enhanced incentive for participating in new wellness programs via Your Plan for Health (YP4H).
