New Veterans Employee Resource Group supports military faculty and staff furthering Ohio State’s inclusive culture
In honor of the brave faculty and staff who have served or are actively serving our country, Ohio State faculty and staff members are forming a Veterans Employee Resource Group (ERG) to enhance Ohio State’s inclusive and supportive culture.
Scheduled to launch in 2020, Career Roadmap is a comprehensive job family model and pay structure that will provide visibility to career paths for managers and staff to foster equitable, consistent compensation practices across the university and medical center.
With winter upon us, it’s important to be aware of the university’s weather-related resources and policy, and know how to check the university’s status. Although Ohio State strives to remain open, faculty and staff can be prepared by reviewing this policy and taking note of the resources.
Form 1095-C is a required tax form that provides information about the health care coverage you had or were offered by Ohio State in 2018. If you have not yet consented for electronic delivery, please do so by February 11. Otherwise, the form will be delivered to your home address on file in the HR System by March 4.

Linette (Lin) Hillis will join Ohio State in the role of associate vice president for talent, diversity and leadership, Office of Human Resources. Lin’s first day will be on Monday, October 29, 2018.
