HR Service Delivery is the multiyear initiative to improve the ease, consistency and effectiveness of HR at Ohio State. The initial goals of HR Service Delivery are to standardize the HR roles and processes within the university’s Service Centers and to create a university-level on boarding program.

Workday Notifications for Merit Increases
Merit notifications are being provided via Workday for the 2025 fiscal year to all Ohio State employees who receive a merit base pay increase and/or merit lump-sum amount. Your merit notification will specify if you are receiving a base pay increase, a lump sum increase or both. If you are not receiving a merit increase this year, you will not receive a notification.
