Staff Appreciation Week July 23-27

Staff Appreciation Week thanks Ohio State staff members and special activities are planned to celebrate staff and their contributions to the university.

Fifth Annual Faculty and Staff Appreciation Football Game

In recognition for all you do, faculty and staff have the opportunity to be randomly selected to receive four complimentary tickets to the September 22 Faculty and Staff Appreciation Buckeye Football Game. Faculty and staff must opt-in to enter their name by Tuesday, July 31, at 11:59 p.m.

Staff Career Development Grant applications accepted until July 31

The Staff Career Development Grant provides staff an opportunity to further their growth and development. Eligible staff can apply for up to $1,250 for individuals, $1,750 for groups of 2-10 and $2,000 for groups of 11 or more towards professional development, education or training costs related to job and/or career goals.

Dependent tuition assistance enrollment window open for autumn 2018 term

The dependent tuition assistance enrollment window for autumn 2018 term is open June 25 through August 24. Applications for dependent tuition assistance must be submitted each term.

HR Council announcement

Nine HR professionals have been named to serve on HR Council, an advisory group to HR leadership for the university’s HR community. Each will serve a three-year term to provide cross-organizational input and advocate on behalf of the campus HR community.
