Buckeyes are building a better community! Bucks for Charity is a simple way for faculty, staff and retirees to give to your favorite local nonprofit organization - conveniently one-time or through payroll deduction. Choose from over 250 central Ohio organizations that support a variety of causes.
When Buckeyes give through Bucks for Charity, they are supporting nonprofit agencies that help Ohio State faculty, staff and patients. Robert Weber, Wexner Medical Center pharmacy administrator, knows first-hand how his donation to the Charitable Pharmacy of Central Ohio (CPCO) impacts patients he serves at the medical center.

Beginning on October 13, 2019, everyone who uses eTimesheet to record time, including student employees, should record start time and end time, as well as time-out to lunch and time back in, if a lunch break is taken. Requiring users to record a lunch break ensures payroll accuracy.

United Negro College Fund (UNCF) of central Ohio, one of more than 250 participating nonprofits, helps advance education goals for college students, including students at Ohio State like Nathan Harris.
Donations through Bucks for Charity make a difference in people’s lives and health, and some of that important work is being done right here at Ohio State. Through a Prevent Blindness grant, Ohio State neuroscience student Isabella Palazzo is studying how to save people’s sight.

Buckeyes have a reputation of paying forward, and that’s what Gabrielle Bockelman is doing through her Bucks for Charity donation to the Down Syndrome Association of Central Ohio (DSACO), one of the more than 250 nonprofit organizations supported through Bucks for Charity.
When Ohio State faculty, staff and retirees collectively donate more than $1 million each year through Bucks for Charity, they are supporting our families, friends, students and colleagues, like David Wisely and Brittany Poast who benefit from the programs and services of a local organization, Bridgeway Academy.

The adoption of a new HR Service Delivery model across campus and the Wexner Medical Center is a key effort in delivering consistent, high-quality services and a cornerstone initiative of Ohio State’s HR Transformation efforts.
Dependent tuition assistance applications must be submitted each term. The enrollment window for spring semester 2020 opens November 11, 2019, and closes January 10, 2020. Faculty and staff can apply online or with a paper application. The student must have a social security number on file with Buckeye Link to receive dependent tuition assistance.
On Monday, September 9, HR colleagues participating in the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) pilot moved to the Office of Human Resources (OHR) location at South Campus Gateway, hitting a milestone in the development of the center, newly named HR Connection. Pilot partners celebrated their new office space with a welcome event.
On Monday, August 26, The HR community participated in an open house forum to connect with HR leadership in an open dialogue about Ohio State’s HR Transformation efforts. The 400 HR professionals in attendance were able to gain insights and information to help them shape their careers within the future HR model.
