With winter upon us, it’s important to be aware of the university’s weather-related resources and policy, and know how to check the university’s status.

Form 1095-C to be available by January 31

Employees who consented to receive the 2017 tax form 1095-C electronically will be able to access it in Employee Self Service by January 31, 2018. Equifax will send an email when the 1095-C is available. For those who have not consented, the form will be mailed to home addresses on file in the HR System by January 31.

Distinguished Staff Award nomination deadline extended to January 29

The Distinguished Staff Award, the university’s highest honor for staff, annually recognizes 12 outstanding staff members for their exceptional leadership, accomplishments, dedication and service to the university. The nomination deadline has been extended to January 29 at 5 p.m.
