A recent enhancement is now in effect for how employees’ reporting structure data can be updated in Workday. As of Friday, Aug. 12, managers, manager liaisons and HR consultants have access to initiate assigning an employee or vacant position to another manager in Workday.

Annual merit letters are now available in Workday for regular faculty and staff employees in colleges and university business units. These letters are generated in Workday when an employee receives either a base pay merit increase or a lump-sum merit payment.
