HR Staff recognized for embodying Ohio State’s Shared Values

Five exceptional HR professionals have been honored with a 2024 Human Resources Excellence Award for their outstanding achievements and demonstration of the university’s Shared Values.

Nominations were submitted from leaders, colleagues and members of the HR community, and five recipients were selected, representing each shared value category. The awards were based on how well recipients have consistently demonstrated the values, principles and behaviors associated with one of the university’s Shared Values.

Award recipients were carefully chosen by a selection committee made up of members external to HR. They were selected on their merits and strengths in ways that made a significant difference for colleagues or customers. Recipients consistently demonstrated providing excellence in service and distinguished themselves with outstanding practices that set a positive example for others.

Congratulations to the 2024 Human Resources Excellence Award recipients!
