2023 Benefits Information

Your 2023 benefits summary is available to view in Workday.

As a reminder, elections you made during 2023 Open Enrollment will take effect on January 1, 2023. Physical medical plan ID cards will not be mailed until after January 1. If you need a copy of your medical ID card prior to receiving the printed card by mail, you may access an electronic card at mytrustmarkbenefits.com or the Trustmark mobile app starting on January 1.

HealthEquity|WageWorks will be the new administrator (replacing TASC) for Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)beginning January 1. As a result, all 2023 FSA participants will be emailed a quick start guide from HealthEquity|WageWorks. In addition, individuals who have a Health Care FSA will be mailed a new debit card to their home address in the next few weeks. Those who do not have a Health Care FSA but are eligible for an HRA will receive their debit card once they earn their first credits in 2023.

Ohio State names new senior vice president of talent, culture and human resources

President Walter “Ted” Carter Jr. has named Katie Hall as senior vice president of talent, culture and human resources, pending approval by the Board of Trustees. Hall has served as the interim senior vice president since last spring and has been with Ohio State for 24 years.

To help you make the most of your Flexible Spending Account (FSA), please note these upcoming deadlines. Employees with remaining funds in a 2023 Flexible Spending Account (FSA) have until March 15, 2024, to incur eligible claims and until March 31, 2024, to file claims for reimbursement for 2023.
