Action Steps and Deadlines for Career Roadmap Employee Reviews

With the Career Roadmap employee review period underway, staff who are included in Career Roadmap have until March 22, 2022, to indicate whether they agree or disagree with the assigned job profile.

The assigned job profile is comprised of a function, subfunction, career band and career level. The employee review process allows staff to agree with or suggest alternatives for those four components.

DocuSign letters indicating the assigned job profile were sent on March 8 to the Ohio State email address (name.#) of all in-scope staff.

What you need to do

Missing notification: If you are included in Career Roadmap and did not receive an email notification, go to DocuSign. You will need your Ohio State username (name.#), password and your BuckeyePass authentication to log in. Once logged in, you should see an action required. Click “Action Required” to access your notification letter (see below). If you do not see an action required, email HRCompensation@osu.edu.

Action steps in letter by March 22: To accept the assigned job profile, select “I agree,” sign it and click Finish. To disagree with the assigned job profile and request a position review form, select “I disagree,” sign it and click Finish. If you disagree, you will receive a confirmation from DocuSign followed by a position review form within 2-3 business days. You can check your DocuSign account for updates.
