On July 1, Ohio State launched a pilot of the new Human Resources operating model through the Enterprise Project’s HRSD Team as part of the university’s broader HR Transformation efforts.
The enrollment window for autumn semester 2019 is open June 24, 2019, through August 23, 2019. Faculty and staff can apply online or with a paper application. Dependent tuition assistance applications must be submitted each term. The student must have a social security number on file with Buckeye Link.

The first drafts of function and subfunction descriptions in Career Roadmap are now complete, and new information about the position mapping phase is also available. Position mapping will be the opportunity for managers, staff, unit HR partners and senior leaders to review and confirm how current roles align to Career Roadmap.

The Staff Career Development Grant provides staff an opportunity to further their growth and development. Eligible staff can apply for up to $1,250 for individuals, $1,750 for groups of 2-10 and $2,000 for groups of 11 or more towards professional development, education or training costs related to job and/or career goals.
