Open Enrollment continues

Open Enrollment began November 1 and will continue through Tuesday, November 14, 2017.

Open Enrollment is the one time each year to assess your benefits and make sure they will continue to meet your needs for the coming year.

Make your elections at Employee Self Service or click the button below. Once you make your elections, don’t forget to select “Authorize and Submit” to complete your enrollment and “View/Print your confirmation statement” to keep a copy for your records.
As you review your options for 2018, there are several things to consider:

  • Use myBenefitsMentor in Employee Self Service to compare your potential costs for available medical plan options.
  • Enroll in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for eligible health care and dependent care expenses with tax-free dollars. If you already contribute to an FSA, you will need to re-enroll to continue participation. A Dependent Care FSA reimburses child care or elder care, while a Health Care FSA reimburses eligible medical expenses. A Dependent Care FSA cannot be used to pay for medical care.
  • Review the ways Your Plan for Health (YP4H) can help manage your health care costs with enhancements provided through a new vendor partner, Virgin Pulse. The program will be more personal, mobile and focused on healthy habits with a new online platform and phone app. These enhancements mean it will be even easier to participate and will include a redesigned Incentive Program.
