This 150-minute webinar will provide faculty and staff with the information needed to make informed choices regarding Retirement and Health and Welfare options as a new hire. Part 1: Health and Welfare (60 minutes)
You have 30 days including the effective date of your eligible appointment to enroll in health benefits. Orientation will be offered every other Monday and create a consistent, unified first day experience across our five campus locations, Ohio State Wexner Medical Center and sites across the state.
Two virtual orientations will be held simultaneously every other Monday morning – one for campus employees and one for medical center employees.

The Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA) reimburses eligible employees up to $125 quarterly for an eligible service or expense. Employees have until July 15, 2024 to submit a claim for eligible expenses incurred from April 1 – June 30, 2024 to HealthEquity. All requests for reimbursement must be received by HealthEquity no later than July 15, 2024. Unused funds do not roll over to the following quarter.

The Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA) reimburses eligible employees up to $125 quarterly for an eligible service or expense. Employees have until October 15, 2024 to submit a claim for eligible expenses incurred from July 1 – September 30, 2024 to HealthEquity. All requests for reimbursement must be received by HealthEquity no later than October 15, 2024. Unused funds do not roll over to the following quarter.
