Get your questions answered by our knowledgeable Benefits Consultants and Buckeye Baby team during the 30-minute Q&A session that follows the presentation. This is a virtual session.
The Leadership Series is a year-round leader development program for organizational leaders at Ohio State. Organizational leaders are those who lead other people leaders, departments, or groups of departments. Monthly virtual sessions will be offered from July-April via Zoom. Quarterly in-person sessions will be offered in September, January, and May.
Each monthly virtual session will introduce leadership and organizational concepts that can be applied at an individual and team level. Participants will engage in discussion and have an opportunity to build and strengthen relationships with fellow leaders.
Each quarterly in-person session will focus on reflection, sensemaking, and application of concepts within a community of leaders. Participants are invited to bring their own lunch.
The Leadership Series is optional and there are no pre-requisites for participation. Leaders can attend one, some, or all of the monthly and quarterly sessions.

The Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA) reimburses eligible employees up to $125 quarterly for an eligible service or expense. Employees have until April 15, 2025 to submit a claim for eligible expenses incurred from January 1 – March 31, 2025 to HealthEquity. All requests for reimbursement must be received by HealthEquity no later than April 15, 2025. Unused funds do not roll over to the following quarter.
