Ohio State strives to offer a total rewards package that meets the needs of you and your family. Please note that benefit rates may vary based on your compensation, full-time equivalency (FTE) and classification.

Note: Employees who hold intermittent positions are only eligible for OPERS and STRS retirement benefits.

Medical & Prescription Rates

Participate in Your Plan for Health (YP4H) and reduce your cost for health care.

  • Enrolled faculty and staff are eligible to earn up to a $300 annual benefit credit and $500 in Health Reimbursement Account funding.
  • Enrolled spouses are eligible to earn up to a $180 annual benefit credit and $500 in Health Reimbursement Account funding.
