Managing Stress Mindfully
- Explore new ways to take care of yourself and develop a more relaxed state of mind. Cipolaro Counseling and Consultation invites you to participate in an intensive 6 week mindfulness program.
- Research has demonstrated this program is effective in reducing feelings of anxiety, depression, pain, and a variety of other stress related symptoms. Participants have reported improved concentration and sleep, enhanced well being, and greatly reduced stress related symptoms after completing this program.
- This series is based on an ancient meditative practice proven to reduce physical and emotional distress.
- Each participant has an initial intake interview. Group sessions are held weekly. Each group session is 1.5 hours.
- Intake interview, 6 group sessions, and course booklet are all included in the $179 series fee.
