Pay Grade
Pay grade assigned to classification. Note that classifications with pay grades beginning with a letter (e.g. A1) indicate those classifications which have been broadbanded
FLSA
Fair Labor Standards Act status - This status should indicate whether the majority of positions in this classification are Exempt or Non-Exempt. This status should be confirmed for each position on a case-by-case basis. For additional information and assistance, please contact the Office of Human Resources (292-2800)
  • E = Exempt
  • N = Non-exempt
SAP
Senior Administrative and Professional indicator. This status indicates the default setting for the majority of positions in this classification. This status should be confirmed for each position on a case-by-case basis. Assignment of this status for new and vacant positions is reviewed and approved by the Office of Human Resources.
