Karen is a mother, teacher, administrator, and sometimes performer. She oversees a creative and innovative college comprised of the visual and performing arts. From painting and drawing to playing the tuba to acting on stage, she gets to immerse herself in the arts and watch her students create incredible work. She suggests that learning is about staying on top of what is going on in the world and her topic today is: “Learning is important . . . and I need your help.” Come prepared to help her find out about performers such as Miley Cyrus and Drake Bell. And she particularly needs to know about slime—what’s that about?
