An introduction to the relaxation response with an explanation about how thoughts can influence moods and stress perception. You'll gain an understanding of coping skills and practical ways to address the stresses of daily life and work. Participants will be introduced to a short relaxation response exercise.

Veterans Lunches
Veterans lunches are open to all Ohio State faculty, staff, alumni, and students. The lunches are held monthly at the Faculty Club from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. You don't have to be a veteran or a club member to attend. The lunch buffet costs $10 and the menu varies.
