UFSAP Workshops Focus on Stress Management
The University Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (UFSAP) will offer to all employees several workshops focusing on stress management. The workshops will be held monthly on Wednesdays from 5–6:15 p.m., at OSU Managed Health Care Systems, 700 Ackerman Road, Suite 580. Stress Management
Attend this workshop to learn ways to identify and measure stress as well as techniques and tools to help you manage it on a daily basis. It will be held on July 8 and October 14.
Stress Management for Diabetics
Is work/life stress or depression affecting your ability to manage your diabetes? This workshop is designed to help you manage moods, increase your awareness of coping skills, and consistently adhere to your condition management. It will be held on August 12 and November 18.
How to Manage Stress and Depression
This workshop is designed for people who experience stress and depression and want to increase their coping skills for combating these two debilitating conditions. It will be held on September 9 and December 9.
