Ohio State Hits Top Ten—Again
Ohio State was again named one of America’s Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces by the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption on May 1. Each year, the foundation announces a list of employers with the nation’s best adoption benefits.
Rankings are based on the maximum amount of financial reimbursement and paid leave for employees who adopt.
Honorees include the top 100, the top 10 by size, and the top five in each industry. Ohio State ranked on three lists: industry leaders–Education, fourth place; Ohio Top Ten, eighth place; and an inaugural Columbus list, third place. For the entire listing, visit davethomasfoundation.org.
