Women’s Health Fair

This Women’s Health Fair will give you access to a variety of resources that provide services to women of all ages in the campus community. Come and meet folks who can help you with financial health, sexual health, sleep, domestic violence, Weight Watchers, stress, anxiety, and depression, among others. And while you’re there, get a chair massage, take a heart assessment, and have your blood pressure checked.
Learn how to cook healthy foods in RPAC’s Demonstration Kitchen, featuring campus dining chefs and student and faculty and staff dietitians. Each session is limited to 30 participants, so first-come, first-served!
4–5 p.m.: Healthy Soups and Salads
5–6 p.m.: Fast and Healthy Food on a Budget
6–7 p.m.: Healthy Desserts
Listen to educational panel discussions with campus and community experts.
4–5 p.m.: Health and Body Image
5–6 p.m.: Women and Caregiving (child and elder care)
6–7 p.m.: Emerging Women’s Health Issues

The fair is sponsored by the Wellness Collaborative. Ohio State planning committee organizations include the Wilce Student Health Center, Student Wellness Center, Office of Campus Dining Services, University Faculty and Staff Wellness Program, RPAC, University Faculty and Staff Assistance Program, Office of Human Resources Work Life, Counseling and Consultation Service, and Multicultural Center.
