Reminder: Dependent Tuition Assistance Expanded
You may already know about Ohio State’s generous tuition assistance benefits. But did you know that in 2008, it is an even better benefit for the dependents of employees?
Here’s why:
- Tuition benefits are now available for an eligible same-sex domestic partner and their eligible dependent children
- If both you and your spouse or same-sex domestic partner work at Ohio State in an eligible appointment, the program will pay 75 percent of the undergraduate fee schedule for eligible dependents
Please refer to the Dependent Tuition Assistance Fact Sheet for more details at hr.osu.edu/benefits/educationtuition.htm.
To enroll your spouse or same-sex domestic partner and your eligible dependent children, you must complete the Dependent Tuition Assistance Application. Submit the application to the Office of Human Resources by the deadlines listed below. You must submit a new application for each dependent by the deadline to receive the benefit for the next academic year.
