Glacier Enrollment for Non-U.S. Citizens and/or Non-U.S. Permanent Resident Aliens
Glacier is a web-based computer program that helps Ohio State remain compliant with IRS regulations regarding taxation and reporting of Foreign Nationals who are paid by the university.
The program provides a “beginning-to-end” tax compliance solution by collecting all the necessary and relevant information for Foreign Nationals working for Ohio State.
All Foreign Nationals who have not received Glacier enrollment information should contact the Office of Human Resources Tax Office at taxoffice@hr.osu.edu or (614) 292-2521. Additional information about the Glacier System can be found at hr.osu.edu/payroll/tax.
