If you have an address change, you will need to update your home delivery mailing address directly with Express Scripts or your home delivery order will go to your old address. When you contact your department human resource professional to update your mailing address in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), it will be updated with health vendors such as NGS (medical), Delta (dental), and VSP (vision). However, you will need to contact Express Scripts (prescriptions) and your retirement vendor (OPERS, STRS, or ARP and supplemental retirement vendor) to ensure that the correct address is on file for future mailings.
