Do You Have a Current Form W-4 on File?

To ensure that the appropriate federal, state, and local tax withholdings occur in your paycheck, a Form W-4 must be completed and on file with Payroll Services.

Newly Hired Employees: your tax liability status will automatically default to single and “0” allowances until the Form W-4 is received and processed by Payroll Services.

Rehired Employees: a new Form W-4 is not required unless there has been a change in your allowances or school district since your last appointment. Address changes are processed by your department human resource professional.
