Home Delivery Option at Express Scripts
Your prescription drug plan provides a convenient home delivery option enabling you to receive a 90-day supply of medication delivered directly to your home. It is a service available at no additional cost to you since standard shipping of your prescriptions is free. You can order refills anywhere—by phone, fax, mail, or Internet—when your current medication supply is down to 34 days. Look for the “Refill Date” located on your medication bottle for the exact date you are able to order a refill. Don't wait until you are low on medication to refill since there could be mail delays. Allow up to 14 days for your medication to ship.
New Prescriptions: To begin using the home delivery option, you will need a new prescription from your physician. Make sure your physician writes a prescription for up to a 90-day supply of medication, plus one year's worth of refills if applicable. Payment Options: You can use a credit card, check card, check, or money order to pay for your medication when you place your order.
