Electronic Payroll Advice Available through the e-Payroll Portal
As a part of the university's Paperless Pay Initiative, payroll “advice” information is avail able via the e-Payroll web portal (epayroll.theworknumber.com/osu) or the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system for employees who have signed up for direct deposit or the eFunds Payroll Card. Employees who have not signed up for one of the direct deposit options will receive their paycheck and advice information via U.S. Mail.
To access the e-Payroll system, an employee will need to know his or her Ohio State ID number and Personal Identification Number (PIN). Additional information can be found at hr.osu.edu/payroll/epayroll or by contacting TALX Customer Services at 1-800-996-7566, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–9 p.m.
