Sign up Online for Direct Deposit
Payroll Services would like to remind all employees to sign up for direct deposit in the e-Payroll web portal. Online direct deposit provides employees with the following benefits:
• Employees can sign up for direct deposit online after the effective date of their appointment is entered into the HR System by their department human resource professional.
• Employees will have the option of distributing their wages into multiple bank accounts.
• Employees can determine how their wages should be distributed into their account(s), either by dollar amount or percentage of pay.
Employees who have not been paid in the last 90 days will need to reactivate their direct deposit account by deleting and re-entering their direct deposit information.
