Payroll Services

Payroll Services has been reassigned to the Office of Business and Finance, reporting to the Office of the Controller. This consolidates all university financial reporting services under one university leader. Please note the following important information:

• Payroll has moved from Gateway to Blankenship Hall, 2nd floor.
• Employees with Payroll specific questions should go to Blankenship Hall, 2nd floor, for assistance.
• Payroll staff e-mails and telephone numbers will remain the same.
• There will be courier service between Gateway and Blankenship, although it is recommended faculty and staff take any paperwork directly to Blankenship for faster service.
• The HR System will not experience any changes due to this reassignment.
• Flexible Spending Account reimbursement requests should still be taken to Human Resources in the South Campus Gateway.

Payroll Services processes and distributes paychecks and tax information to Ohio State employees, provides a variety of savings tools to help faculty and staff make the most of their compensation, and offers consultation to managers and HRIS users university-wide.
