Core Programs
Stand-alone courses in a variety of formats focused on: communication, diversity,
managing and supervising others, office environment, personal effectiveness,
and work group effectiveness.
STEP (Supervisor Training to
Enhance Performance)
A series of twelve workshops for supervisors designed to build capacity to manage,
plan for performance, improve performance, and respond to workplace challenges.
New Employee Orientation
A one-day program to help new staff learn more about the university and feel
a part of OSU.
E-Learning
Learning enhanced or facilitated by technology (e.g., teleclasses, web tips,
etc.). An alternative to our traditional classes.
