Sexual Harassment Education Organization and Human Resource Development (OHRD) trains and coordinates the Sexual Harassment Speakers Group, a group of staff and graduate students that provide sexual harassment training and education for all campus groups. Presentations vary in length and focus depending on the needs of the group. Introduction to Sexual Harassment lasts one hour and includes definitions, an overview of policies and procedures, and what to do if sexual harassment occurs. Receiving Allegations of Sexual Harassment also covers the responsibilities of faculty, supervisors, and human resource professionals who become aware of allegations of sexual harassment.
