Employees are designated as either Unclassified (Administrative and Professional) or Classified Civil Service (CCS).

• Unclassified positions are not subject to the provisions of section 124.34 of the Ohio Revised Code, which means that employment is at-will, and may be ended at any time by either you or the university.

• Classified Civil Service positions include any position that is classified under the Ohio Revised Code. CCS job classifications and salary grade tables are available on the Office of Human Resources web site.
