A Leadership Development Institute for OSU Staff

Leadership from the Inside Out

Leading EdgeThe Leading Edge is designed to build Ohio State’s leadership capacity. This five-month Leadership Institute includes a series of interactive learning experiences for individuals who desire to discover and utilize their strengths, sharpen their leadership and communication skills, build and develop their teams, and deepen their understanding of themselves in order to more effectively lead others.

The Leading Edge is for mid-level staff managers and leaders interested in building their leadership skills. Focused retreats and workshops, along with cutting-edge tools, assessments, and resources are all part of this enriching experience.

The next offering of the Leading Edge is unknown at this time. Please check this web site again in late fall 09.
