Organization and Human Resource ConsultingThe Ohio State University's Office of Human Resources continues to evaluate and improve organizational structure to enhance services for customers across the university community. As a part of this effort, the Organization and Human Resource Consulting will combine the five current Human Resources expertise areas of Employment, Compensation, Consulting Services, Organization & Human Resource Development (OHRD), and Work Life. Organization and Human Resource Consulting will allow the Office of Human Resources to offer more proactive and strategic consulting services to colleges and VP units, strengthen business partner relationships, provide greater alignment with the academic plan and leadership agenda, and increase talent capacity. The Office of Human Resources will begin transitioning to the new unit effective May 1, 2006; however, full implementation of services, processes, etc. will occur during the summer months.
