New Whistleblower Policy (Policy 1.40) Announced

Policy 1.40 - The Office of Human Resources (OHR) announced that a new Whistleblower Policy became effective March 1, and applies to university faculty, staff, student employees, students, and volunteers.
The policy encourages individuals to report alleged wrongful conduct in good faith; protects individuals who engage in good faith disclosure of alleged wrongful conduct from retaliation; identifies where reports of wrongful conduct should be made; and states that false allegations will be subject to corrective action.
A new Whistleblower Report Form has been created and is available online for university employees. All university community members should become familiar with the policy, which can be found online on OHR's policy website.
