Policy 6.27B, Paid Leave Programs: Parental Leave, Updated

The Paid Parental Leave policy, Policy 6.27B, has been modified to include language regarding Parental Leave in situations of a stillbirth. A definition of stillbirth has been added and a benefit level (2 weeks maximum Paid Parental Leave) has been defined in the updated policy.
In addition, the Program Design section has been enhanced to clearly distinguish that a birth mother is allotted more time off to account for a period of physical recovery.
