ER Consultants assist in resolving problems and conflicts before they escalate to formal grievances or corrective action and facilitate informal mediations.
Conflict in the workplace can arise in a wide variety of ways. It can range from misunderstandings, to very mild interpersonal problems, to serious conflicts, including employment disputes, workplace violence, sexual harassment and discrimination. Unresolved conflict in the workplace can escalate and have serious impacts to both employee and employer.
