| Consulting Services, a
part of the university's Office of Human Resources,
provides human resource consultation to the Ohio State
University community on a wide variety of topics. Consultants
are assigned to specific units within Ohio State and
work closely with administrators, managers, and human
resource professionals to understand the unique needs
and objectives of the colleges/units and the customers
they serve. Consultants also assist staff with individual
questions, conflicts, and issues that arise in the workplace.
In addition to providing consultation on policies, procedure,
and key federal and state regulations, Consulting Services
maintains and develops information on best practices
on key human resources functions. |
