Staff/Child Ratios

The Child Care Program is staffed by trained caregivers. Administrators have Masters Degrees in Child Development or equivalent training and experience. Early Childhood Teachers have Bachelors Degrees in Child Development or equivalent training and experience. The teachers are assisted by full-time teaching assistants and part-time classroom teaching aides who have been trained by the program. University students (not included in staff/child ratios) may also assist in classrooms as part of their educational experience.

Although the following exceed state requirements, there may be times when it is not possible to maintain our preferred ratios.
