Rules for Classified Civil Service
The Ohio State University Rules for the Classified Civil Service were updated and approved by the Ohio State University Board of Trustees and adopted July 1, 2001, replacing the edition dated June 22, 1997. These rules are in compliance with Chapters 111 and 124 of the Ohio Revised Code and were promulgated in accordance with section 111.15. Changes in Chapters 51, 55 and 65 are in effect October 1, 2002 - additions/changes are noted in red in the affected chapters. Deletions are not marked.
