Retirement Options
Ohio Public Employees Retirement System (OPERS)
State retirement plan for staff. Student employees may elect optional exemption from contributing to a retirement account.
State Teachers Retirement System (STRS)
Graduate Teaching Associates who already have a STRS account may elect to contribute to STRS. Student employees may elect optional exemption from contributing to a retirement account.
Supplemental Retirement Account (SRA)
Account used for saving additional money toward retirement beyond existing retirement plans.

Provides income replacement due to a work place (occupational) injury or disease that affects your ability to perform your job.
