Here are the most commonly asked human resource questions and their answers. If you don't see the answer you need here, call or e-mail the Office of Human Resources Customer Service Center.

Who do I contact with an address change?
You may update your home mailing address at any time by notifying your departmental Human Resource contact. You can find more information on the Life Events Web site.

When can I change my benefits?
You can change your benefit elections during specified enrollment periods, or within 31 days of a qualifying status change.

Who do I call about claims?
See the Benefit Administrator page for university benefit provider contact information.

How do I change my primary care physician (PCP)?
Those enrolled in the University Prime Care (UPC) Health Plan must choose a primary care physician (PCP). If you would like to change your PCP selection, contact Managed Health Care at (614) 292-4700.

Why am I seeing changes in my pay?
If there have not been any recent changes in your benefit enrollments, contact Payroll Services with questions regarding your pay change.
