New Employee Orientation (NEO)
New Employee Orientation will give staff who are new to Ohio State basic information about the university, help you understand how you fit into the "big picture," answer your pressing questions, and show you how you can continue to learn more about Ohio State throughout your employment here.
The orientation is one full day and will cover a wide variety of topics including:
- background information about Ohio State
- Ohio State culture and traditions
- university structure and governance
- health and non-health related benefits
- important resources
- what you should expect as a new employee
- who to contact for help
