OHRC consultants collaborate with leaders to determine appropriate strategies to solicit feedback from individuals such as colleagues, direct reports, supervisors, etc. They identify assessments that may be suitable or they can design customized processes specific to the leader’s context. With data from multiple perspectives, consultants will analyze and report data findings, helping the leader to examine areas for improvement and determine ways to build on their strengths. The consultant can also be helpful in interpreting the data and identifying action steps and timelines.
