OHRC (Organization and Human Resource Consulting) is a part of the Office of Human Resources, focused on providing organization development consulting, leadership development programs and training programs for Ohio State University departments and individuals. Through carefully planned strategies, OHRC consultants help units and departments successfully change the way they respond to new challenges. OHRC also provides essential educational experiences to enhance the ability of University faculty and staff to meet unique professional development and organizational goals.
