The University Faculty and
Staff Assistance Program (UFSAP) is a confidential counseling
service for people experiencing some form of personal distress
which may interrupt or cause deterioration in work performance.
Sponsored by the Office of Human Resources, UFSAP services
are voluntary, free and confidential.

Ohio State University Faculty and Staff Wellness Program
assists individuals in reducing their health risks through
assessment, education, goal setting and referrals. Our
programs include everything from flu shots to free Lunch
and Learn workshops to walking groups. |

a variety of sports and health and fitness programs at
facilities campuswide. |

OSU
Center for Wellness and Prevention |
| The
Center offers a variety of health and fitness programs,
traditional exercise equipment, and yoga, aerobics, water
fitness, and martial arts classes. Services include: fitness
evaluations, wellness assessments, fitness testing, weight
management and nutrition counseling. Membership for OSU
faculty and staff, OSU Medical Center employees, physicians
and medical students is available at a discounted rate. |
