2010 Mileage Achievement Tiers and Corresponding Prizes

A participant MUST complete the 2010 Personal Health Assessment (PHA) questionnaire by Nov. 30, 2010 to be eligible for the Hit the Road with the Buckeyes grand prize drawings. If you’ve already submitted your PHA since Jan. 1, 2010, there is no need to complete a new PHA for Hit the Road.

To complete the PHA questionnaire, you first need your biometric health numbers. You may receive your health numbers during your annual physical exam or through a free, on-campus biometric health screening. To schedule your annual biometric health screening, visit www.YourPlanForHealth.comand hurry, screenings fill up fast! Remember, the biometric health screening and PHA questionnaire are two separate activities - you must do both for prize eligibility.

There will be three winning teams within each Mileage Achievement Tier, and all members from each team will win the listed prizes.

National Champion

Achieving the National Champion tier means your team will be entered into the drawings for the National Champion grand prizes. If your team does not get drawn, your team will also be entered into drawings for the Conference Champion, Top 25 Ranking and Bowl Eligible tiers. Remember, achieving a mileage tier only means that you’ll be entered in the prize drawings; it does not mean that every team who makes it to a particular achievement tier will receive the prize.

  • Teams will walk 2,116 miles (7 miles/day/person) - the distance from OSU to Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa.
  • PRIZES:
    • All three winning teams will have a group lunch with Coach Jim Tressel and Coach Thad Matta, and will receive a personalized tour of the OSU football stadium. Each participant will be able to select his/her choice of a treadmill, an elliptical machine, or a stationary bike.*
