OSU Employee:

To determine your benefits eligibility, ask your department's human resource contact for your benefit class information, then visit the Benefits Eligibility Chart and see what is included in your benefits package.

Many benefit publications are coded by benefit eligibility symbol. The symbols show which employee groups are eligible for a particular benefit.
